All guests should read and follow house guidelines and a room’s ‘simple thoughtfulness’ posting.

• All rooms are billed as double occupancy, plus 6% state sales and 1.1% local excise tax.
• Extra persons will be charged $25 each.
• Two-night stays may be required on certain weekends or holidays.
• Base room rates are calculated by stay length, offered specials or guest type.
• Full House, extended stay, and university/business rates are available upon request.
• Secured reservations require no deposit.
• Except for cash, all other forms of payment require a valid ID. Payment is due during check-in.
• Specials are posted on our website. A request from the Specials list must be made at the time of your booking request.
• All guests are sent a dated confirmation letter, either by post or email, stating their reservation dates, requests, room designation, and charges due. Other planning information and guidelines might be included.
• Arrival is 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. unless arranged otherwise. Our arrival process provides the opportunity to plan our breakfast menu/service and to help you plan your Lancaster stay. Departure is 11 a.m. unless arranged otherwise. We do easily accommodate university/business and alternate schedules and requests.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date will be charged the complete rooms’ costs unless the rooms can be rebooked. All cancellations may be charged a $25 per room service fee.
• While we welcome you to our home, please remember that this is a retreat for our guests, so PLEASE contact us about bringing children under 7 years old.
• Our home meets PA L&I standards and is hardwired with heat/smoke detection/alarm units. Fire extinguishers, safety lighting and well-lit exits are for your safety. PLEASE no candle burning, no smoking, and no incense burning in the house. While smoking is permitted on our property, please dispose of trash responsibly.
